Federal Paramedical Council an autonomous council which are managed by the Indian trust act was
established in 2020 under Indian legislative trust Act & Working under its own constitution & Bye Laws to
assure & promote the quality in the Para Medical Courses. The council conduct the examinations, issue
Diploma certificates & registration to pass out candidates. The Council Affiliate the institution & issue
guidelines itself to regulate the Para Medical training.
Paramedical courses in interdisciplinary medical subjects are becoming enormously important in health care
systems. In the recent years, there has been a growing need for qualified & well trained paramedical
personnel’s. In order to meet the great demand for qualified trained paramedical diploma holder personnel
it is necessary to impart the training to the eligible & interested students.
The  constitution of the Federal Paramedical Council for the purpose of co-ordination and determination of
standards of education in the field of Paramedical and for the maintenance of a Register of Paramedical for
all India. The courses are designed to develop paramedical by nurturing knowledge. Federal Paramedical
Council is a non-university institution. All program of Indian Paramedical Council are autonomous and do
not come under preview of UGC/AICTE/MCI or any other Medical Board
To promote, encourage, propagate the science of Para Medical Technology, to educate and train people in
Para Medical Science. To establish run and maintain institution regional centers, school, colleges, distance
studies program in Para Medical Technology so that the students of remote and Rural area of India should
get the benefits of in this system. To affiliate institution, imparting educations, training or conducting
research in the field of Para Medical Technology in India and aboard.
To laid down courses of studies and to frame rules and regulations to conduct examination in the field of
Para Medical Technology and academic subjects and award certificates diploma and degree and paddies. To
held examination of Para Medical Technology Courses and to provide proficiency certificate diploma who
qualities the examination. To enlist accord on experience basis to the deserving qualified technicians,
technical students and those passing adequate experience of Para Medical Technology System. To Provide
the adequate training for unemployed youth and to help them for setting up under self employment
schemes. To Provide primary medical aid in rural area, for the welfare of economically handicapped. Provide the
training to educate persons for primary medical aid. Rub the Institution for Primary Medical Aid Training in
Rural area/ distt. Head Quarter/Provide the affiliation to welfare organizations to conduct the Primary
Medical aid courses. To held the examination, provide the proficiency certificate to trained person (Primary
Medical Aid.) Provide skilled and basics information to the Community Health Practitioners
